Can't Progress Wayfinders Voyage I Step 4. Step 4 is supposed to be to talk to Petra at the compass on the H.E.L.M But when I interact with the compass I get the usual Menu with the Bounties and upgrades nothing else Petra does not talk or make any form of appearance and the quest does not progress it has been like this since day one of the new season. Not sure if it's a known bug or what but I could really use some help getting this solved.
