Improve blue weapons, loot eco, and add auto-dismantle

So in the recent TWAB, they plan to add blues that were out of commission back to the world drop pool... That's fine and all, but it can go even better! 1) Have blue weapons get similar traits as legendary weapons. This means random rolls and ability to infuse with other blue or lower rarity gear. This will not only be desirable to try to get a god roll for veterans, but also help newer players play with new perks and have an easier grasp as they level up in the world of Destiny 2. 1A) Infuse will cost 10k to 20k glimmer, 10k glimmer if it is the same blue gear and 20k glimmer if it is different blue gear but share the same slot. Costs even more if it isn't from same rarity. 1B) Green and White gear will be reintroduced again, but will be auto-dismantled into gunsmith materials (green) and glimmer (white). More on #3. 2) Introducing rarity upgrades, all thanks to ol' Drifter tinkering with the Prismatic Recaster at the H.E.L.M. that now Guardians can upgrade Blue gear to Legendary gear! 2A) Weapon rarity upgrade cost would be like 20 legendary shards and a enhancement prism. 2B) Armor rarity upgrade cost would be the same cost as the weapon (20 shards and 1 prism), but upgrading the blue armor fully will keep the stats when it becomes legendary gear which increases the cost to 60 shards and 3 enhancement prisms. 2C) Upgrading white and green to higher rarities will be later on, but safe assumption is white rarity to green will cost around 5k glimmer and 20 gunsmith material which boost stats of said weapon and armor (3 specific White rarity Class Items will follow similarly to Blue Armor since it can be fully upgraded). Green to Blue cost will be 50 weapon parts and 5 enhancement cores, for weapons it will add random rolls while armor get a better boost in stats (The same class items that get upgraded will be treated the same as blue armor). 3) Auto-Dismantle will now be available to turn on. Auto-Dismantle is in the settings and it will be automatically be on for Green and Below, but won't dismantle Blues unless turned on at the settings. 3A) Any white, green, or blue gear that was not picked up in the activity will be auto-dismantled instead of going to the postmaster should the setting be enabled. Now with this, what are your thoughts on the retired blue gear returning? And to the Bungie devs reading this somehow, do you like the ideas presented?
