Lag, latency, and other shenanigans in P2P are expected. But I have seen crucible get dramatically worse on PS5 recently. So much so that I am beginning to think something is up. I am seeing a ton of elite players with varying degrees of game breaking lag. Sure there is the occasional clueless blueberry lagging, but recently many top players are not taking damage or taking it after the fact and making some very strange jitter movements. At first I thought it was my connection but ping is practically 0 and speeds are well above anything you would need (over 600 down and 20 up). Matchmaking has also gotten ridiculously sweaty recently. Are the wheels falling off the crucible wagon or has a new exploit been discovered? Edit: another user just messaged me with an explanation. It seems that a very popular cheating device was just made compatible with the PS5.
