No umbral engram for Decrypting Darkness
I was starting seasonal content on my second character but didnt get an umbral engram along with the lens to do the quest Decrypting Darkness. I managed to get an umbral engram from a strike but it doesnt not allow me to use the recaster to refine it so I cannot continue the quest. This Completely stops my progress for all season of chosen content.

You just need to decrypt the Umbral Engram. No focussing is needed to progress the quest.
