Could the punishment for fireteam leader leaving/force booting players from fireteam to not receive "strikes" for leaving etc since it was totally out of control of the actual player? Example: Fireteam joins a match, leader backs out. It forces everyone with the leader and instantly get striked? This is honestly very ridiculous. At least make it so if its in a competitive matchmaking (Trials etc) that if the leader leaves, it either asks the other members if they want to go with the fireteam leader or ditch them. I'm surprised this is still a thing.
