Don't know what's happening with account

Hi there, Within the last 2 weeks I've been ban from cruicible and gambit all of a sudden not given a reason why for the ban. The only reason i can think of is that maybe my internet connection has not been stable and might have caused a few errors, I've put a complaint on the 13th of feb and no one has gotten back to me. I've been playing battlegrounds repeatedly since i can't do anything else. This really sucks since it happened at the start of this new season and puts me behind all my friends and everyone else. My network has been bugging ever since the ban even for vanguard activities. I've just been given a bunch of codes for network issues and now it's not even letting me get back in. Please bungie help me! I don't want to go another few days without full access to my account.
