I had some brightness issues and this fixed it. When you do it don’t be scared when you boot and it’s at 640x480, that means it worked.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately it didn't work. I SWEAR it was smoother before but all of my settings indicate that I should be getting 60 fps. I just remember marveling at how smooth the circle moved around the screen when in the directory or your start menu. Now it doesn't seem to be as crisp. I'm not sure what else to try.
