Getting weird crashing issues with D2 Beyond light.
Since beyond light was released, I have had multiple issues including random crashes however now seems that the game keeps crashing 'at the same point' no matter if I'm doing a Raid, roaming around on one of areas or just siting either in the Tower or in orbit. It's beginning to become more of a announce than a bug.
The weird thing is, that no matter how many time I reboot the game it crashes at the same point sometimes 2-3 times before I give up and re-verify the Steam files, which I might add take 5-6 minutes a run. I can run fine for 30mins or upto an hour sometimes, then back to square one.
I have tried everything from running the game at lower graphics settings to wiping the game out and starting over, to resolve this issue. On top of that, I have now have a second continuous issue where when I load the game, go into the Inventory menu then Alt+Tab out of the game I run the risk of the game crashing and have to restart.
There has also been multiple times where my PC completely restarts itself when I'm playing D2, and only D2. If I play say Call of Duty Black ops, game runs fine.
Now before you turn and say its my PC, bare in mind that I have a Ryzen 5 3600 Watercooled, 32GB 3200Mhz Ram, NVME and SSD storage along with a ATI RX 5600XT and max temps hit 70'C on CPU and 75'C on GPU, under 10min stress tests.
Have checked the error logs and one of the problems seems to show the following in the log:
Faulting application name: destiny2.exe, version: 25131.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5ff8b93a
Faulting module name: destiny2.exe, version: 25131.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5ff8b93a

There is another error showing in my logs as follows:
The program destiny2.exe version 25131.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
Process ID: 1dc0

I know this is a little long winded, although these problem have got to a point where I feel like every time I play Destiny 2, I'm running the risk of the game becoming unstable and crashing. Some help from Bungie would be help in getting my game stable.

Hello. Your EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION seems to be the issue. This error can occur due to the GPU. You may want to reinstall the GPU driver. There are also two other methods you can use to solve this issue. Method 1: Perform a clean boot which eliminates software conflicts when trying to install or update a program as well as running a program in Windows 10. This link here will help you perform a clean boot. Method 2: This link here will help you download Apps Troubleshooter.

Edited by BNGHelp6: 1/26/2021 2:58:38 PMHello. Thanks for your report. If you're crashing at the same location every time, you could have a corrupted installation and may need to uninstall and reinstall the game. If you've done this already, the next time the game crashes, could you link me to your DxDiag? To find this information:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. • Create a link and post it here.
