Sturm is only reloading Drang but is not reloading other stowed Energy Weapons. It is similar to the bug that was fixed on June 19 2019. I have been using Sturm with Energy Grenade Launchers like Orewings and Truthteller and when getting a kill my GL does not automatically reload from reserves. This bug started when Beyond Light was released.
