A few people have reported this in other topics. Few people suggested things that fixed it for them such as using a google DNS.
But none of it worked for me and Bungie has yet to say anything. Their $2 servers are really messing up

I’ve been reading the PS5 servers are bad, people are having CoD issues too. My lag after 8am PST is unplayable
