Ok so I haven't touched my account in a couple years, haven't played the game or even made a new account. I use to grind out the game for ages and had unlocked quite a lot. Well I decided to go back onto my account after AGES to see if I still enjoy the game and it has come to my attention that I am missing a LOT of items, including the ace of spades, and some clothing items that I LOVED on my hunter. WTH has happened to them, I 100% did the forsaken quest and got the ace of spades and had the weapon before I got off last time, so whats happened?

From what I can see, you stopped playing before Forsaken came out.

Was your playtime on another account?

Hi there. You currently have Cross Save enabled with your PlayStation account set as the Active Account, meaning that those PlayStation characters are the ones you have access to while your Steam characters are dormant. According to your game history and Triumphs, it looks like it's the Steam characters that you had this progress on rather than your PlayStation characters, which would explain why you're missing these items. If you wish to request that Bungie switch your Active Account to Steam, head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom. Do not disable Cross Save in the meantime! https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 Please note that Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
