Unlinking my Xbox account
I want to unlink my xbox account because I cant remember the credentials to it. I made the move to ps4 years ago and now made the move to pc. I just want to cross save my guardians but now I cant because I also have to authenticate an old xbox login that I couldn't even tell you what the email address for it was. Can anyone help me with this issue? I've already tried Microsoft but they couldn't do anything for me either.

8 RepliesHi there, To unlink your XBOX account, you will need the credentials for it. Bungie does not have any oversight over the actual authentication process, and they won't unlink an account for your unless you authenticate it. Even though Microsoft said they can't do anything for you, they're your only option. You would need to get access to your account through them to be able to log in and unlink your account. Bungie will not unlink it unless you can authenticate the account.
