Any update on this? I have tried everything and still can not play. I am hard wired, So Idk

I was just able to login finally. Check it out and see if it works for you all now. I did port forward some things so if you aren't able I can let you know what I did...

I can sign in using my phone as a hotspot, but cannot through Comcast. Rebooted everything, no dice. Tried switching networks while connected and online and no dice. I believe we are well and truly boned here.

I found that I could connect WIFI to my Comcast but not wired. No idea why, but I am not going to look into it further since I am ONLINE!
