They’re not nerfed because they’re fine how they are currently. The only thing you could really argue is the removal of QuickDraw from shotguns since it lowers the skill gap of shotgunning but QuickDraw is just way too strong of a perk for special weapons imo.

I agree the handling should be looked at but the minimum threshold increased. This is because it's not just QD, but as Cammycakes covered you can easily max out the draw speed via other routes such as Threat Detector on certain builds. As far as it being fine that's patently entirely untrue from the figures.
