I feel like that's just a general political thing these days. Like what's currently happening with the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, tons of people are adopting stances that are the exact opposite of what they had 4 years ago when the last justice died, because lots of people, and especially politicians, dont really have any morals. They just do what's best for them, and the worst for the other guy.
