Snipers will still be snapshotting and no flinching. Thank god they fixed Ruinous Effigy....that thing was a problem......😐

Buffed scouts might help. As will nerfed AA. But at 12% use Snipers will still be dominant, it's true. However Shotguns at 11%, with no counter buffed, no effective nerfs, adjustments or even mention of them, along with a very shotgun friendly and dare I say OP blink exotic to boot, Shotgun overuse is now the even bigger balance issue.

Here’s to hoping for something new
