Cross save has xbox gamer tah saved
I have signed in with my correct account Joker5284 but an old gamer tag from the original xbox shows up in the cross save with no data Joker52843616. What can i do to fix this? Need to link current xbox one gamer tag Joker5284 to replace xbox gamer tag Joker52843616.

Edited by TheHaraamPolice: 9/6/2020 4:29:59 PMHey there! If you have not cross saved yet, go on the browser to Settings > Accounts and Linking. After that, unlink your old Xbox account and relink your new account. You need to be able to authenticate your platforms in order for them to be unlinked.

Hi there! Are you logged in with the account you are currently experiencing the issue with? According to your profile, you do not have any connected XBOX accounts and you do not have Cross Save active. You only have your PS4 account linked.
