Can anyone help me with getting this? I spent a day grinding for it, tried to make a new titan, grinder for three-ish days and still cant seem to get it. I've even gotten gear from before it's release yet i can't seem to get this piece to complete my titan's look. So day like...6 of grinding for this chest piece, i got a gift or something from another player some how and was excited thinking it was the one i was wanting. It wasn't.
