server not avaiable

hello the problem is if i start destiny 2 on my pc there is for a few seconds registration takes place. after that there is a report that my server are not avaiable. i have this problem since the pc migration. I deinstall destiny 2 and this doesn´t work so i deinstall my steam and it won´t work at all. i hope you can help me. MrM4xilol
