Cannot claim the means to an end quest.
Still cannot complete the means to and end quest, even after this week's hotfix. I got a pinnacle drop from the prismatic recaster. But I can still not complete the quest. And cannot unlock the interference quest.

Same here. I hope that bungie can patch this soon because I am missing out on the pinnacle gear this week. My quest was bugged last week too, but they patched that and I was able to collect the rewards, but then I couldn't get the quest for this week.

Bungie is aware of the bug. They have no intention of fixing it. If you look at their top priorities it isn't listed. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/49006 This is the third week of the bug.
