When I talked to Eva I had the ghost shell quest ready to turn in, so she gave me the ghost shell and not the pinnacle gear. When I talked to her again she didn't give my anything. The pinnacle icon on the map has disappeared. No one is highlighted. I don't expect to get my pinnacle reward back, just wanted to complain about it since there's nothing I can do to fix it.
