RTX 2070 Super low GPU usage

please help i recently upgraded my GPU from GTX 1070 to RTX 2070 Super, it never reached 100% usage, about 50-70% depending on the map i noticed GPU usage really low especially in titan, tower and earth where it's usually CPU intensive but CPU usage also never reached 50% disabling Vsync seems to be increasing the usage but only about 10 to 15 % depending on the map, changing graphic settings seems to be increasing the usage but with no different overall FPS, which is really weird, my rig is ryzen 5 2600 Colorful RTX 2070 Super 8G-V 16 gb dual channel ram pardon my terrible english btw

it's your cpu bottlenecking , i had a laptop with i7-8750H and GTX 1060 which i have also on the pc that i use , destiny on all settings low give me max 85 fps on the pc which i have ryzen 1700X on it , but on the intel side i get 90-160FPS . destiny loves fast cpus , and old ryzen can't be loved by it . 3rd gen ryzen should be way better because it's very close to intel on single core performance.

      • You should get 195fps with a 2070 super with no more than 25% usage. Its your CPU.

          • What FPS are you getting? Be sure there's no FPS cap.
