It's still useless even when pairing it with devour! Having a slower melee as a warlock doesn't really effectively utilize "warlords sigil" (Eliminating enemies with melee attacks increases your melee damage) but that's all it does vs Wormgod Caress and it's perk "Burning Fists" (Melee kills increase melee damage for a period of time (4 seconds same as Winters Guille) additional kills extend duration and Increase effects!
Yet Wormgod Caress is completely superior to Winters guille. Constant recharge and synergy with throwing hammer and damage stack x3 with roaring flames. Bottom tree sunbreakers also synergizes with Wormgod Caress! Top tree sentinel is basically devour refreshing health with each melee kill! Bottom tree striker with "reversal" immediately trigger health regen and synergizes with "knockout" critically wounding an enemy or breaking their shields Increase melee range and damage!
Yet all Warlocks have with Winters Guille is DEVOUR! There's no synergy with this Exotic
So I'd suggest extending Winters Guille "Warlord's Sigil" from 4 seconds of Increased melee damage to 8 seconds! Increases melee speed perk stack of "Warlord's Sigil" up to 5x! And one additional effect to help it out! In keeping with the Theme of it's Name Winter's as well as the ornament "Death of Winter" as it applies a chunk of ice to your arm. Allow it to grant "Chilled"
"Chilled" is an effect only found on cursed thrall only on Mars! Which if you take damage form the explosion you become Chilled! Cutting Sprint Speed in half and apply a frozen effects to your visual screen! On all melee hits would "chilled" be applied!

Titans need to be nerfed, ive been saying it since forsaken, they are so stacked for success its stupid. After i heard that several devs play as titan, i began to realize. They do not care about other classes as much, least of all warlock. Others need a buff or titan needs a nerf
