So I've been playing for about a month now and I've gone online to try and see any fixes for this problem or why it exists. Some say because your'e wearing some starter gear from the beggining of the game except all of the gear I'm currently wearing is all 950 gear, none of the starter stuff. example of this problem is Benedict 99-40 has thee Legend of Acrius shotgun. he only offers it to me to 750 gear lvl and you cant upgrade it at all. Another example is Master Rahool Legendary items he offers are only lvl 750? so as a 950 player and has done many of the quests how do I fix this? if it can even be fixed?
