Dude i feel for you, they wont refund. You basically bought a 10 dollar pass to something that ends in 2 hours, kinda dumb that they wont let you revert and buy the new one.

Wow, what a weak company, I guess they really respect their customers or not at all because of their zero help policy. We have to be perfect but they get pass after pass.

If he were to buy something wouldn’t it be better to contact the store you bought it from like contact PlayStation or Xbox on console and Steam on PC? Thought those are the places you ask for refunds
