Ask for players advice first...
I’ve been seeing a lot of the same topics in the forums regarding future plans for D2. Mostly these are ridicule of the upcoming balance in trials an the “retiring” of certain legendaries. Just throwing it out there, but how about putting out ideas to get feedback long before implementing these changes to see what everyone thinks; outside of just a few select players (streamers, YouTubers).
I think it would cut down on a lot of grief within the community, even if you can’t make everyone happy. It would also be a lot easier than sifting through hundreds of lengthy complaints featuring a myriad of colorful language. I dunno; just an idea.

it doesn't matter what they do, people will always find something to complain about. besides, these forums only represent a very small portion of the actual player base. right now, they are making the game they want. not what the majority want. so to an extent, they don't care about player feedback right now. once they get closer to the game they wanted, they will take player feedback more often. right now its in too much of a transitional stage to form a true opinion. people complain before even trying anything. like saying they don't like pizza without ever trying a slice.
