Last Timelost Vault Not Working
I've obtained all 19 lore parts, as well as the emblem.
When I reach the final vault and interact with the memorial nothing happens.
No lore, no Saint, no quest progression, nothing.

Lore obtained from the Corridors of Time is awarded sequentially. This means that if you run each sequence randomly, you will get lore entry 1, then 2, then 3 all the way up to 19. If you skip a sequence, or run a sequence twice, you will not receive all the lore. Unfortunately, you will need to run each sequence again to find which one you missed.
