I don't get why players insist on not using their damn super in comp or at important points in quickplay. Like it literally tells you in the middle of your damn screen and you choose to ignore it for NO REASON. If you do this then you are absolutely the worst teammate and I will assume you are throwing.
Like are you okay? Are you high or something? USE YOUR DAMN SUPER. THE GAME IS ENDING, AND WE CAN EASILY WIN.

There's a lot of reasons. Mostly because timing is just as important as knowing that i'm super charged. In comp, the enemy has that info at the ready without pulling up their ghost, so having it set aside for a critical moment (like a trailing game or to cover someone else as I res them, etc). Also, bounties. Not many of them require super usage, so getting them done efficiently is important.

2 RepliesMost of the time I don't use my super because the enemy has a shutdown super at the ready, or because my own super is a shutdown super and I'm waiting on them to pop their roaming super. That, or it's because my super is just plain bad against that particular enemy team.

‘Cuz real Guardians use Erentil

Maybe because there aren’t enemies near me I can kill?

26 RepliesEdited by WulfPak666: 1/22/2020 11:19:17 PMIf you play Warlock, you will soon realise that the only kill you'll get using your super, is yourself. Or if the good Lord smiles upon you, you might be insta killed before your super animation is done and you'll get to keep it on respawn. So you're better off just holding onto it because, at the very least it makes the light on your PS4 controller turn yellow. Ooh pretty lights.

2 RepliesImagine not realizing warlock supers are trash. #Hunterprivilege

The game would end by the time the animation has finish

Cause you need to use it at the right time....for example, was down 3-1 in solo que comp, the timing was right....at the very start of next round I thought to pop my golden right out of the gate, predicting where they would be coming and I got all 3 of them by surprise. This turned the tides and we won round, should have won the next one but there always seems to be one dummy on my team. Panicking and using your super only because your frazzled usually leads to killing nobody and wasting it.

They’re saving it for next match

Me: This is one of.... [Remembers when he sniped a super while in the middle of popping it] Me:....ooh, I think I know why now....
-
I want to save it for the next match, never works though 🤷♂️

5 RepliesI don't play Comp, but in Quickplay I save my super to kill another player using his super or when several players are bunched together so I am sure to get multiple kills. Does that result in some games that I have my super left over? Yes it does.

YOU DON SAY ME!!!!!!

People play how they play. You probably don’t want to be told how to play either. Did you purchase the other gamers game?
-
Because middle tree warlock has the worst super in the game and I'm better off just using guns and handheld supernova
-
Maybe supers have become more of a defensive, panic, last resort before dying, option than an offensive weapon. I seem to think of them that way more than I use to.

Shut up, meg!

7 RepliesI'm a gg hunter, so i have to be careful since i can be meleed out of my super by a girl scout.

Supers are just a cheap tactic to make weak Guardians seem stronger

You're not my dad

One dude held to the arc staff for 5 rounds and when he finally decided to pop it he got Tethered 😂😂 The thing is that bad players don't get more than one super so they try to use it when it's very clutch ... But in doing so they fuk the game and their teammates

4 RepliesAnyone who goes thru a strike or a pvp match that doesn’t use their user gets reported for unfriendly and unskilled

Im always asking why not use super in round 4 when we are up 3-0 before other team gets theirs? still confusing ah
