I do think they need to fix it then buff it after they fix the bug. It is too powerful currently but bows in general need a buff. So they should just do a blanket buff across the board then maybe buff the exotics a little differently. It was rumored that trinity ghoul was getting a catalyst a while back but so far it hasn't. I live that bow but it needs a buff as well.

You also perfectly outlined why there should be an increase in vault space. That weapon, archetype, armor perk, etc... was useless a year ago - but it may be the best in another 2 or 4 years from now. It would be horrible if you had the perfect one, that nobody used until many months later it became the best thing to use in the game.
