Where is Silver?
Last season, after buying the Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition, some players received several thousand silver and they did not buy the add-on on 2 platforms. I received 400 silver, as well as many players whom I asked, they replied that they did not receive anything at all, and someone also received several thousand. Will there be any explanation?
P.S. The support’s previous response was incomplete and subsequently deleted. O_o

The refunded silver was only for those who had the, then current, season. Most digital deluxe players received 1k with the only way to receive more was to have duplicated deluxe edition purchases.
