Game incorrectly pulling from/saving to cvars.xml
Destiny pulls from incorrect settings when the game starts and cvars.xml is recreated.
We can see when the clip begins in cvars.xml that window_mode is 3 (fullscreen) rather than 2 (borderless window) as referenced in cvars.old. When we edit it in game the cvars.xml has the value reflected. When the game is relaunched, the xml is overwritten with the wrong value (3) from nowhere, as 2 is still in the .old file.
Is this bug still ongoing and is there a solution to remedy this?
