The success rate would be less than the reckoning used to be and we all heard how awful that was for everyone.

The Reckoning is pretty easy. It's doable with one good Warlock and a Titan that knows how to stay alive. Hunters, not so much.

A lot of people, including my friends, wouldn't run it because of the fail state. It wasn't easy pre nerf, especially with blackout during knight week. A random group of 6 would not succeed in heroic with blackout as the modifier.
