Won’t work
Underlevel (should be unlock recommend level)
Headless chicken (should be unlock after complete normal 10 times)
AFK (should be kick after 3-4 min for pc and 2 hours for console)

AFK kick after 30 seconds regardless.

I agree with you. I think there should be some objectives and light level requirements that need to be completed before you can matchmake for heroic.
