I know this falls on deaf ears. Bring matchmaking I have yet to enjoy heroic menagerie. A nightfall or a d2 raid because there’s no matchmaking. I love this game and I’m missing so much content

Matchmaking may seem nice, but it wouldn’t do what you want it to do. You wouldn’t be able to complete any of these activities except for maybe a handful of times.

With LFG and any other application that gives you the capability to find a fireteam, you have MUCH more control over who ends up doing the raid with you. Ask for a specific light level, class, experience level etc. If someone is underperforming? Kick them. Someone being an ass? Kick them. Guess what you can’t do if someone is being a jerk and you’re in a match made activity? Deal with it, or start over, because they would have to do away with checkpoints if they gave the Raid matchmaking. Or, you’d get halfway through the boss fight and someone would leave. Forcing you to start the fight over again. Match made raids would be an absolute NIGHTMARE, because people are dicks.

LFG and MM are not anywhere close to being the same thing. You would never complete the first part of any D2 raid with a MM team and randoms struggle with the 750/920 NF so a 950/980 NF would be impossible also with MM randoms since you need specific mods on weapons and you have to kill all the champions for better rewards not speed run.

So players in mm cant use moda but lfg can? Come on dude

Didn’t say that at all but the chances of MM randoms having the correct loadout is rare.
