Dude every gun that can have rampage or kill clip was destroyed. Even more reasons to use Recluse either though it was already the most dominate primary in the game.

Breakneck was hit especially hard, though. It didn't just get damage buffs reduced, it actually has a negative damage modifier as a reward for getting kills now.
