All of the savager mods are currently locked behind Banshee's Packages but it's SOOO expensive to level him up that you'll go broke just trying to level him up to not even get one savager mod. I don't remember why they increased the cost for him. I just remember people were exploiting him till Bungie has to increase that amount of materials it takes, but now, it's locking some of the best mods in the game. Can we get a fix for this PLEASE?!?!
