That's the experience I remember.
That the Braytech Winter Wolf was a very stable and very accurate weapon that was one of the best ARs that came out of Y1 D2's "fixed rolls" era. the only ARs that were in its league were Origin Story and the infamous "Uriel's Gift".
If the Werewolf plays similiarly, anyone who gives that weapon a bad review either:
1. Just doesn't like ARs, or...
2. Is comparing it to pinnacle weapons like Recluse or Breakneck...and therefore their expectations are off.

The vanguard omolon one from Curse of Osiris with AP rounds+kill clip was pretty good too

I think my experiences in the past were probably also affected by High-Calibur Rounds meta back then, too. That and its unique scope I never got used to were the main drawbacks to me. I'm also a sucker for anything that has Tap the Trigger on it, so that probably didn't help. Now we got this version that can roll that perk on it and I love it.
