I'm new to Destiny and have just finished all the campaign quests but noticed that some of the triumphs (and ghost shells and one bit of lore) haven't unlocked. The issue is with: - The companion triumphs for meeting Devrim, Failsafe, Asher and Sloane - The ghost shells for EDZ, Moon of Saturn, Nessus, Io and Last City - The Wanted: Rifleman triumph on the Tangled Shore - One lore triumph (By Thy Tongue Be Damned) for The Lawless Frontier (potentially connected to the Rifleman quest) Is there any way to fix these, ideally without replaying the whole Red War and Forsaken campaigns again?
