Help With Contact Form for Cross Save Issues

I've been told that on this cross save help page, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099, i can make a request to disable my cross save since i purchased silver on September 5th on ps, so i have to wait a ridiculous 44 more days. What i'm confused about is in that FAQ article, bungie says [quote]Players can contact us if they wish to disable their Cross Save, but they will have to wait 90 days before they can reactivate it.[/quote] but when i go to submit the thing, it asks me which which account would you like to be your Active set of characters? and i HAVE to make a selection. i currently have my ps4 account active for cross save, but i want cross save disabled so i can play on my original xbox account, wouldn't i want that field to be empty? idk how they can help me disable it it by filling out that form, when the form is asking me what account i was to have active for cross save lol screenshot for reference: https://imgur.com/zyBcDyP
