You are missing a triumph for it. You show the kills but not that you ever completed the quest.

You're right what the heck. How was I able to claim The Mountaintop the day before Shadowkeep released then?

not sure, but based on the triumph, the game thinks you didnt, that is why you cannot find it on any character or in collections.
