Received Forsaken quest line again when I downloaded Shadowkeep. Why?

When I downloaded Shadowkeep I ended up with the Forsaken quest line again. I don’t understand why. My dreaming city is already open so why must I repeat this?

If you are referring to the mission that appears on the Tangled Shore map, that's is the weekly story mission. The same happens with the moon for Shadowkeep. If you are referring to something else, please provide more information on what you are seeing.
