Day 12 still no Destiny2CharacterData

I've been on the forums for 12 days straight and have yet to get a response from bungie my battle.net account is showing empty despite all of the time and hours spent getting pinnacle weapons and titles. I'm really upset. i followed all of the instructions and i haven't even received a response form anyone about this issue. can i get a response just once.

  • I'm in the same boat, lots of people are, but a big group of people with the issue have given up, refunded and stopped playing. It's getting quiet when it comes to this, now. They have a ticket system, that I recommend filling out, though I wouldn't expect a speedy response if any at all. They're gathering information from the looks, so hopefully they can remedy this. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48284
