Bungie literally just deleted my account and all my items because of cross save.

I still don't understand how one update can delete your entire account it's stupid. and this is the second time this happens so don't say it was my password because it's very clear that this is not if all my stuff is gone. the only thing you guys would say is it's your account or my password or someone knows my password its BS

    • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Looking at your account it appears that you currently have your Steam account as your active Cross Save, which has no characters on it. This is why you are being prompted across platforms to create a new character. You can deactivate Cross Save to return your characters to their original platforms and regain access to your Playstation/ Xbox characters. Keep in mind disabling Cross Save will result in a 90 day wait before it can be re-activated.
