Cross save doesn't recognize my previous character
Basically I played destiny 1, years ago on my PS4, I reached level 20 and I can actually find my character on the destiny tracker website (I can only see my destiny 1 data tho, I assume that's because I never bought destiny 2), now that destiny is free I wanna play it on my xbox yet when I access my PS account it doesn't recognize my character, did the migration process didn't occur cuz I didn't play destiny 2 or what's going on?

cross save does not have anything do to with destiny 1. If you have not played d2 on ps4, there will be nothing to cross save, it will just be a fresh account.
