I've been playing online multiplayer games since 2011 and have never been warned once, let alone being banned. I'm not a hardcore gamer, I play games mostly with friends casually. This is the FIRST time something like this happened to me and I have no idea how to appeal to it. I was given no explanation, no e-mail, no prior warning, nothing at all. I just bought shadowkeep digital deluxe edition on steam as my new casual grinding game to play with 3 other friends. Someone please tell me what should I do. I'm at loss for words.
