Shuro Chi patrols bugged
Unable to complete Shuro Chi patrols in Dreaming City on PC. This has happened on more than one Shuro patrol.

Happened on PS4 twice, once sent me to the tunnel that leads to the portal near the bridge to the observatory. Second time at the first encounter area in the Spine of Keres just before the observatory. Both time holding down the interact button failed.

I discovered that it doesn't work only in some places. The one i picked up near the spawn point led me to the Spine of Keres, and it didn't work. When i got another one, in Rheasilvia, and went to Harbinger's Seclude as instructed, it worked.
