I've had both collecting dust on my shelf still wrapped up for months and I finally just got around to checking out fallout 76 a few days ago and honestly that game isn't nearly as bad as it's made out to be. It's actually pretty decent. Lol.

I played FO76 at release with my gf for 3 or 4 solid months and didnt touch D2 but I've been back on D2 since february

It’s endgame is lacking and buggy as hell, awful customer support but it is fun

Well they are trying to make it better. Supposedly at launch it was barely playable.

No "supposedly" about it, lol. The game was so bad at launch that some places were giving it away for free just two months after launch. https://www.gamebyte.com/stores-are-giving-away-fallout-76-for-free-in-terrible-bundles/ I was spared the fate of experiencing this game at launch because I didn't have a stable enough internet connection at the time and it's an online only game. Everyone I know who played it tells me I was the lucky one. XD
