Maybe I'm misinformed but I was under the impression that the fated engrams would give you an exotic that you didn't already have. For the last month or so the fated engrams that I've purchased from Xur have given me exotics that I already have. Even when I've used a different class that I've unlocked fewer exotic armors on. Could some one enlighten me on how the fated engrams work because I'm just confused at this point
