<Savathun would never want to revive Oryx. Reviving Oryx would tear the Taken from her control, among other things. She's not an idiot, reviving Oryx is stupid. Plus, she didn't hesitate to kill him the first time, when he tried to make peace with the Ammonites. She plotted to kill him in his own Throne World (a permanent death) if he wasn't fast enough, too.
She doesn't give a flying -blam!- about her siblings unless they serve a purpose, and Oryx has outlived his usefulness.
Also the Dreaming City isn't a kill battery. Death is not sacred to Savathun's Hive, she openly accepted the Grasp of Nokris and Oryx was a strict king. It was he that believed in death of all things, she doesn't care.>

Savathun also shows no regard for the Sword Logic as the truth of the universe, given the fact the Books of Sorrow not only portray her questioning Oryx on this very truth, but also contain graffiti from the Witch-Queen proclaiming the book to be filled with lies. It's not a murder battery, or at least that's not THE murder battery. It's a prototype that also pulls double duty as a defense mechanism, but the details we have surrounding her plans there are untrustworthy.
