STUCK IN TRIAL WITH FULL GAME

I’ve reinstalled Destiny 1, I’ve done this multiple times as I’m stuck in trial mode, I have 400 light and my subclasses and have spent over 700 hours playing the game. I have all the DLC’s installed but I’m unable to access them. Please help. Thanks

Maybe a silly question, but did you own a physical copy of the game, and if so, did you put the disc in the drive?
